Pre-order ‘The Vatican Tapes’: Score By ‘The Conjuring’ Composer Joseph Bishara Available 7/17, Film Opens In Theaters 7/24

Lakeshore Records will release The Vatican Tapes (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) digitally on July 17 and CD on August 14.  The album features score by Joseph Bishara, who is known for his work on the Insidious film trilogy, Annabelle and The Conjuring.  Pre-order the album now on Apple Music and be amongst the first to own the soundtrack!  Directed by Mark Neveldine (Pathology, Ghost Rider: Spirit Of Vengeance, Gamer), The Vatican Tapes is a Pantelion release of a Lakeshore Entertainment and Lionsgate production, premiering in theaters July 24.  See below for more film and soundtrack details.

Pre-order Wayward Pines: Score By ‘Saw’ Composer Charlie Clouser Available 7/17

‘Episode One Suite’ gets us to the meat of the score. This is more like it. It opens up with an eerie dark mood, synths and dark sound effects is what we’re getting and I find myself enjoying it as I have enjoyed the music in the show. It’s like Hannibal by Brian Reitzell but different. I like the moods that Clouser are creating. It’s very dark and mysterious, but also soothing. –Soundtrack Geek

Mr Holmes: Score By Carter Burwell Coming Soon, Ian McKellen Film Opens In Theaters 7/17!

Lakeshore Records will release the soundtrack to Mr. Holmes, starring Ian McKellen (X-Men: Days Of Future Past, The DaVinci Code), Laura Linney (The Savages, The Fifth Estate) and Hiroyuki Sanada (The Wolverine, CBS’ Extant).  Heralded as “A delightful Twist on the world’s most famous detective” by Screen International, Mr. Holmes is also IMDB’s top indie film picks for July!  The album features score by Carter Burwell (Fargo, Burn After Reading, In Bruges), who is known for his work with the Coen Brothers and his score for Twilight.  See more details below.  Mr. Holmes is now playing in UK cinemas and opens in US theaters on July 17 (find a theater).
