Killing Them Safely Soundtrack Feat. Brooke Blair & Will Blair Available 11/27

Lakeshore Records will release the soundtrack to Killing Them Safely, the documentary directed by Nick Berardini.  The album features score by Brooke Blair & Will Blair (aka The Blair Brothers), who are known for scoring such film as Blue Ruin and Murder Party.  The documentary is an “Official Selection” at the Sundance and Hot Dog Film Festivals, and was nominated for “Best Documentary Feature” at Tribeca Film Festival.  Killing Them Safely soundtrack will be released on November 27.  More soundtrack details are forthcoming.  Read further for track listings and more.

‘Winter On Fire’, Score By Jasha Klebe Coming Soon, Acclaimed Doc Now Streaming On Netflix

A revolution is a powerful thing and this music makes me interested in finding out more about it. The music tells the story through consistent and strong scoring. ‘March Of Millions’, can you imagine a march of millions? Lakeshore Records will release the soundtrack to Winter On Fire: Ukraine’s Fight For Freedom, acclaimed documentary written and directed by Evgeny Afineevsky.  The album features score by Jasha Klebe (Captain Phillips, Assassin’s Creed III game).  An “Official Selection” at the Venice, Telluride and Toronto International Film Festivals, Winter On Fire is the recipient of “The Grolsch People’s Choice Documentary Award” at Toronto.  Released in October, the documentary currently holds a 100% rating at RottenTomatoes.com.  Read further for more on the film and stay tuned for more soundtrack details.

Lakeshore Records is very pleased to release Condemned (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack), featuring score by Daniel Davies & Sebastian Robertson (John Carpenter’s “Lost Themes”).  Daniel Davies (whose father is Dave Davies of The Kinks) and Sebastian Robertson (whose father is Robbie Robertson of The Band) worked together recently on the Lakeshore Records release, Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No!.  “However, the styles of music associated with these lock legend fathers are in no way present on the soundtrack. Davies & Robertson (juniors) pride themselves in having used a selection of retro synthesisers as the core instrumentation for this soundtrack.”(Blueprint: Review)
