Kevin “KevJumba” Wu And Justin Chon Buddy Up In A Coming Of Age Film For Lakeshore Entertainment’s New Digital Division

 

Lakeshore Records will release the soundtrack to Man Up, directed by Justin Chon (YouTuber/Actor/Writer/Director).  The soundtrack features score by Wendy Wang, whose diverse original compositions have appeared on trailers for Focus, The Heat, Olympus Has Fallen; TV shows Girls, Private Practice, Parenthood, The Returned, Jersey Shore, Keeping Up With The Kardashians, and many more on NBC, MTV, VH1, Bravo, E!, ESPN and Oxygen; and national commercials for Coca-Cola and Apartments.com.  Man Up is the premiere film which launches Off The Dock, a new digital division of Lakeshore Entertainment.

Off The Dock and Supergravity Pictures present a Kinetic Films production, MAN UP opens on VOD via VIMEO on May 28 and on Netflix in the end of June.   See below for more details.

Luv: Score By Nuno Malo Out Now, Cue Up Sheldon Candis’ Acclaimed Film Now On Demand!

Nuno Malo proves once again that he can create interesting and fulfilling musical journeys if your heart is opened to it. Mine was and this composer is quickly becoming one of my favorites to watch for. –Soundtrack Dreams

 

Lakeshore Records is very pleased to release Luv (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) available now digitally.  The album features score by acclaimed composer Nuno Malo (No God, No Master, The Celestine Prophecy)!  A.O. Scott of the New York Times said of the film, “LUV shows the kind of heart and intelligence that is always welcome — and often missing — in American movies.”  Directed by Sheldon Candis, LUV premiered at Sundance in 2012 and was nominated for the Grand Jury Prize in the Dramatic competition.  Preview the full album below and stay tuned for more LUV soundtrack updates!

Lakeshore Records will release LUV (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) — available digitally on May 26, with CD to follow on August 14.  The album features score by Nuno Malo, one of Portugal’s most respected composers.  Preview the album preview exclusively premiered at Soundtrack.net.  Sheldon Candis’ LUV premiered at Sundance and was nominated for the Grand Jury Prize in the Dramatic competition.  LUV, starring Common, Danny Glover, Dennis Haysbert, Charles S.
