‘Moonlight’ Leads With 6 Golden Globe Nominations Including Best Score For Nicholas Britell!

Lakeshore Records congratulates Moonlight (A24) on their six Golden Globe® nominations, which include Best Picture, Best Score (Nicholas Britell), Best Director (Barry Jenkins), Best Supporting Actor (Mahershala Ali), Best Supporting Actress (Naomie Harris), Best Screenplay (Barry Jenkins)!  Previously, Moonlight also led nominations at the Critics Choice Awards.  See the full list at The Hollywood Reporter.  We are so very pleased for our partners!

Winners will be announced at The 74th Golden Globe Awards, airing live on both coasts Sunday, Jan. 8, 2017 on NBC.

TimesTalks – The New York Times speakers series recently invited Moonlight Director Barry Jenkins and cast members for an intimate discussion on the acclaimed film, which has been leading the way during this awards season.  Before the talk, audience members were treated to a live performance by composer Nicholas Britell, who performed “Little’s Theme.”  Watch below!
