Lakeshore Records will release the soundtrack to BANK$TAS, starring Michael Seater as Neal “The Brainiac” (Adventures in the Sin Bin, Disney Channel’s Life With Derek), Joe Dinicol as Isaac “The Cool Guy” (Disney Channel’s Life With Derek, Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World), with Alan Thicke as Peter Hoss “The Big Boss” (CBS’ How I Met Your Mother, HBO’s Arli$$) and Laura Vandervoort as Jessica “The Dream Girl” (The CW’s Smallville, CBS’ CSI: NY). The soundtrack features the score by composer Steve London (That Beautiful Somewhere, Shallow Ground). Track listing and more soundtrack information are coming soon. Directed by Jeff Stephenson (Not Since You, Chasing Daylight), Bank$stas opens in theaters (check show times) and on VOD (pre-order it on iTunes) on November 7!

Laggies Soundtrack Out Now, Movie Starring Academy Award Nominee Keira Knightley, Chloe Grace Moretz & Sam Rockwell Now Playing In Select Theaters, Nationwide On November 7!

Lakeshore Records is pleased to release the soundtrack to Laggies, the new film starring Academy Award nominee Keira Knightley (Seeking A Friend for the End of the World, The Duchess, Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End), Chloë Grace Moretz (Kick-Ass 2, Dark Shadows) and Sam Rockwell (Better Living Through Chemistry, The Way Way Back) – in select theaters now and nationwide on November 7 (check show times).

The soundtrack features the score by Benjamin Gibbard of Death Cab for Cutie. The new song, “It’s Never Too Late,” features vocals by Ben and plays in the film’s end titles. This is his second foray into film scoring; he previously scored the Kurt Cobain documentary, Kurt Cobain About A Son (2006).

Lakeshore Records is very pleased to release the soundtrack to A Merry Friggin’ Christmas, starring Joel McHale, Lauren Graham, Clark Duke, Oliver Platt, Wendi McClendon-Covey, Tim Heidecker, Candice Bergen and Robin Williams – in theaters (check show times) and on VOD (pre-order it on iTunes) November 7! The soundtrack features music by Grammy winner Rufus Wainwright, who kicks off the album with a 55-piece orchestra; Wainright also contributes the new soon-to-be classic “Christmas is for Kids.” Ben Kweller has two tracks on the album, the original song “Try to Love (Joy to the World)” and a new version of “Here Comes Santa Claus (Right Down Santa Claus Lane).”

Other original songs on the album include “Going Home For Christmas” by The Belle Brigade, “It’s Christmastime I Know (Ho, Ho, Ho)” by Ryan Culwell, “Santa Will Be Flying Over the Moon” by Anna Su, “Best Time of the Year” by Alex Rhodes, and “The Weather Outside” by Spencer Shapeero.
