‘Scott Pilgrim Takes Off’ Anime Series Coming To Netflix November 17!

You read that right: Scott Pilgrim Takes Off, the new anime series is coming to Netflix on November 17!  Based on the Scott Pilgrim graphic novels written and drawn by Bryan Lee O’Malley, this new Japanese and American production . The cast from the 2010 film adaptation–and it’s stacked–Anna Kendrick, Brie Larson, Jason Schwartzmann, Michael Cera, Mae Whitman, Brandon Routh, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Aubrey Plaza, Chris Evans, Kieran Culkin, Alison Pill and more–returns to voice the characters in the forthcoming animated series.  The series also features music by chiptune-based pop and rock band Anamanaguchi and award-winning composer Joseph Trapanese (The Greatest Showman, Oblivion, the Divergent film series).

Miraculous: Ladybug & Cat Noir, The Movie Soundtrack Debuts At No. 8 on Billboard!

Miraculous: Ladybug & Cat Noir, The Movie soundtrack debuts at No. 8 on Billboard’s Kids Albums chart!  When the animated feature swept through Netflix and landed on the No. 1 Top Movie spot around the world–it was No. 1 in 14 countries (US, UK, Spain, UAE, Nicaragua, Mexico, Italy, Denmark, Brazil, Australia, Argentina, South Korea, Japan and Peru)–it was no surprise that fans would also swoop in for the soundtrack!  The energetic music features score by animator, director, producer, and composer Jeremy Zag, with songs performed by French singing sensation Lou (“The Voice Kids France”) and singer-songwriter Sqvare.  Released digitally on Lakeshore Records in partnership with 22D Music in tandem with the film’s global launch, the 38-track album is available now to stream and download on all major music services.

Miraculous: Ladybug & Cat Noir Soundtrack Releases Globally!

Lakeshore Records and 22D Music have released the much-awaited Miraculous: Ladybug & Cat Noir, The Movie original soundtrack, out now on all digital music streaming platforms and stores!  The full album release was preceded by two exclusive single releases, “Courage In Me” performed by Lou (released July 12) and “Stronger Together” performed by Lou & Sqvare (released July 23).

These releases accompany the launch of the animated feature film, based on the popular Miraculous series, debuting July 28 on Netflix.

The soundtrack showcases the musical score and songs that accompany the thrilling adventures of Marinette (Ladybug) and Adrien (Cat Noir) in Paris.

1899: Eliot Sumner and Ben Frost Release Their Mesmerizing ‘White Rabbit’ Opening Credits Theme Song

With a Netflix hit series like Baran bo Odor and Jantje Friese’s 1899, chances are, you’ve heard the opening credits theme, “White Rabbit” by Eliot Sumner and Series Composer Ben Frost!  The mesmerizing song is a cover of the synonymous Jefferson Airplane classic.  We are delighted to share Invada Records and Lakeshore Records have released the full song globally!  

Premiering on November 17, 1899 has become a global phenomenon (much like bo Odor and Friese’s previous “Dark” series), debuting at No. 2 worldwide on Netflix, claiming the No. 1 spot in 24 countries, and holding onto the Top 10 in 90 countries!  Stream 1899: Season 1 now on Netflix.
