Craig Zahler and his regular score collaborator Jeff Herriott: Bone Tomahawk! One of the film’s memorable tracks sets the perfect tone for the period film. Throwback Thursday: Before ‘Brawl In Cell Block 99’, There Was ‘Bone Tomahawk’

In this edition of Throwback Thursday, we celebrate the forthcoming release of S. Craig Zahler’s upcoming film, Brawl In Cell Block 99 by revisiting his acclaimed horror western, Bone Tomahawk (2015), starring Kurt Russell, Matthew Fox, Patrick Wilson, and Richard Jenkins.  One of the most critically-acclaimed films of 2015, Bone Tomahawk was a “Notable Indie” on iTunes Movies when it was released on Digital, charting to #4!  Watch it here.

Lakeshore Records is very pleased to release Bone Tomahawk (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) — out now!  The album features original music by Jeff Herriott & S. Craig Zahler.  Bone Tomahawk was recently honored with top awards at the prestigious Sitges Film Festival: director S. Craig Zahler took home the award for Best Direction, Oficial Fantàstic Sitges 48 Section, and the film received the José Luis Guarner Award.  Read further for soundtrack details and more.
