Lenardo’s credits include time with Filter as well as a number of TV, film and video game compositions. He teams with Costello who lends a powerful vocal presence to the electronic and doomy new song “Push Me.” – Loudwire

Geno Lenardo’s new song, “Push Me” featuring vocals by New Years Day’s Ash Costello debuts today at Loudwire! The song, co-written by Aaron Edwards, comes off the forthcoming soundtrack to Peppermint, starring Jennifer Garner. The full album, which features score by Simon Franglen, is out Friday, September 7 via Lakeshore Records. Listen to the full song ahead of the release now at Loudwire online!

Throwback Thursday: Listen To The Adrenaline-Fueled Original ‘Crank’ Soundtrack

In this edition of Throwback Thursday, we revisit the first Crank soundtrack, featuring various artists such as Paul Haslinger, Quiet Riot, Jefferson Starship, David Rolas and more.  The album is peppered with dialog from the film, taking us on a guided soundtrack tour through the adrenaline-fueled action.  The film was released in 2006 and stars Jason Statham, Amy Smart, a post-Napoleon Dynamite Efren Ramirez and a fun cameo by the late Chester Bennington.  See below for the vinyl release of Crank: High Voltage (aka Crank 2), score by Mike Patton.

Crank: High Voltage Soundtrack – Mike Patton’s Score Gets A Long-Awaited Limited Edition Vinyl Release | Alt Press
