RSVP To ‘Destination Wedding’ Starring Keanu Reeves and Winona Ryder – Now on DVD!

The music shifts from low-key but cheery jazz from the charming score by composer William Ross to a trumpet trill like the opening of a bullfight as we see the film’s title, followed by its more telling alternate: “A Narcissist Can’t Die Because the Whole World Would End.” – RogerEbert.com

One of Hollywood’s most beloved actors, Keanu Reeves and Winona Ryder reunite for Destination Wedding (they were previously in A Scanner Darkly, Bram Stoker’s Dracula, and The Private Lives of Pippa Lee) in this romantic comedy, now on DVD and streaming platforms!  The film is a featured, Popular Title streaming movie and an Amazon’s Choice DVD film title.  The score by 3x EMMY-Winning Composer William Ross (A Very Harold & Kumar 3D Christmas, Ladder 49)

The score opens up with a funky bass tune instead of the light guitar or piano I was expecting, considering this is a romantic comedy; the jazzy tones, enriched by the piano and soft percussion joining in actually add to the 90s nostalgia and it doesn’t take even a couple of minutes from this score to make me nod my head over the rhythm of the music. – Soundtrack Dreams
