Two-Time GRAMMY Award, Academy Award Winning Composer Hildur Gudnadottir & Two-Time GRAMMY Award Winner Sam Slater Release Score For Battlefield 2042

Lakeshore Records has released the highly-anticipated soundtrack to Battlefield 2042, featuring score by two-time GRAMMY, Academy Award, Golden Globe, Emmy, and BAFTA Award-winning composer Hildur Guðnadóttir (Joker, Chernobyl) and composer Sam Slater (score producer Joker, Chernobyl).  Electronic Arts and DICE announced the release in August for the latest entry in the Battlefield™ franchise.

Colette: Lakeshore Records and Electronic Arts Release Nami Melumad’s Score To Academy Award Winning Documentary!

Lakeshore Records and Electronic Arts (EA) have released Nami Melumad’s score to Academy Award®-winning film, Colette (“Best Documentary Short Subject 2021), directed by Anthony Giacchino!  This is the first Oscar win and nomination for a film produced by a video game studio ever.  An award-winning composer, Nami’s Colette score won the BMI Film Music Award at this year’s BMI Film & TV Awards. 
 
Colette is featured in the documentary gallery of the video game, Medal of Honor: Above and Beyond, also released by Lakeshore and EA.  In addition, Nami’s score to Medal of Honor: Above and Beyond also won Best Original Score (shared with Michael Giacchino) for a Video Game or Interactive Media at this year’s International Film Music Critics Association (IFMCA) Awards.

Premiere: Listen To Sarah Schachner’s ‘The Anthem Of Creation’ Track For Anthem Game From BioWare & EA | Polygon

Premiering today is Composer Sarah Schachner’s (Assassin’s Creed: Unity, Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare) debut track to Anthem – Original Soundtrack, entitled, “The Anthem of Creation”, and you can listen to the full track now at Polygon.

Sarah’s score to Assassin’s Creed: Unity was nominated for Best Original Score for a Video Game or Interactive Media by the International Film Music Critics Association (IFMCA) in 2015.

The forthcoming video game score to Anthem from BioWare and EA will be released in partnership with EA via Lakeshore Records on Friday, February 22, the same day of the official game release.
