The good folks over at ComingSoon.net has debuted the forthcoming Streetlight Harmonies soundtrack on vinyl!  The single-disc record to be released on Lakeshore Records next month features music by  some of Doo-Wop’s biggest names.  See the album track list below.

Directed by Brent Wilson, the eponymous documentary is out now on VOD and DVD, and features an all-star cast, including the Beach Boys’ Brian Wilson and Al Jardine, Lance Bass (NSYNC), Emmy Merchant (The Teenagers), Anthony Gourdine (Little Anthony and the Imperials) and many others!

Jeff Russo’s Score To ‘Lucy In The Sky’ Comes To Vinyl – On Sale April 22 Via Mondo!

Going on sale this Wednesday, April 22, Mondo in partnership with Lakeshore Records is Jeff Russo’s score vinyl to Lucy In The Sky – Original Motion Picture Soundtrack!  Limited to just 300 copies, the album features a never before pressing of a custom “Star Field” colored vinyl in blue, and artwork by Jasmin Darnell.  Head over to Mondo on Wednesday (or follow them on Twitter) for the shop link, expected to drop mid-morning Central Time!  See the unboxing video below for more details.

Whiplash Soundtrack: Opiuo Shares A Preview of The ‘Overture’ Remix | Billboard

Whiplash Vinyl Deluxe Reissue | Music.Film, Varese Sarabande

Ahead of the Whiplash Soundtrack Deluxe Edition release (out March 27), experimental music producer Opiuo shares a mix (with collaborator CloZee) to hype up their forthcoming show at Red Rocks Amphitheatre (May 28).  Billboard shouts out the duo’s mix, which includes a preview of Opiuo’s remix of “Overture”, from the newly-expanded Whiplash reissue.  

For all those wondering, the new release will be available on digital and physical formats, which include CD and vinyl.   Expect to see 36 tracks including never before released bonus tracks and remixes, brand new cover art and liner notes from T.S. Monk.   You can listen to a preview of the remix on Billboard and pre-order the new Whiplash deluxe soundtrack now.

Ahead of the release of Whiplash: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack Deluxe Edition, Music.Film Recordings in partnership with Varese Sarabande offers a taste of what’s to come: listen to Timo Garcia’s upbeat remix of “Caravan” exclusively now at Slash Film.  The remix is one of the new tracks from this newly-expanded album featuring remixes and never-before released music.  The publication also caught up with the composer of the Academy Award®-winning film, Justin Hurwitz, who pulled back the curtains on some great film trivia – a must read!

Now Taking Pre-Orders at the Rockstar Warehouse and Invada Records

 

The Music of Red Dead Redemption 2: Original Score is coming to Vinyl and CD as a one-time-only, limited release on April 10th, and is now up for pre-order at the Rockstar Warehouse and the Invada Records Online Store. The double LP set comes pressed on transparent vinyl discs and features a gatefold package with printed sleeves.

Composed by longtime Rockstar collaborator Woody Jackson and featuring contributions from a wide range of artists and musicians including Arca, Colin Stetson, Senyawa, David Ferguson, Jon Theodore and more, The Music of Red Dead Redemption 2: Original Score is also currently available on all major digital music platforms, including Apple Music and Spotify.
