Sundance Film Festival Winner ‘Cartel Land’ To Premiere At The Human Rights Watch Film Festival (June 11)

The Score By H. Scott Salinas And Jackson Greenberg Supports The Pace Of The Heart-Pounding Documentary

 

The festival will begin on June 11 with a fundraising Benefit Night for Human Rights Watch featuring Matthew Heineman’s harrowing look into Mexico’s drug war, “Cartel Land.” Winner of the US documentary directing and cinematography awards at the Sundance Film Festival, the film exposes two contemporary vigilante movements, one on either side of the US-Mexico border. -Read the full story at IndieWIRE/Shadow and Act

Lakeshore Records will release the soundtrack to Cartel Land, featuring original score by H. Scott Salinas (The Square, The Newsroom) and Jackson Greenberg (Israel Inside: How A Small Nation Makes A Big Difference).   See our previous announcement about Cartel Land soundtrack.  Cartel Land opens in select theaters on July 3.  More soundtrack details are forthcoming.
