THE POLKA KING premieres January 12 on Netflix!
Black is no stranger to music as half of the hilarious duo Tenacious D, and this taste of the upcoming soundtrack includes a dash of the comedic chops he honed with that group.
In anticipation of Jack Black’s latest film, The Polka King, Lakeshore Records is pleased to debut a song from the soundtrack, “Rappin’ Polka” performed by the Jack Black Polka Band, available exclusively at Uproxx! The new comedy starring Jack Black, Jenny Slate and Jason Schwartzman will premiere on Netflix next week. You can pre-order the soundtrack now, which will be released digitally this Friday, January 5 via Lakeshore Records.
The Polka King (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) will be released digitally on January 5 & CD January 12, 2018 with a vinyl release forthcoming. Netflix will debut The Polka King January 12.
