Throwback Thursday: Revisiting Jeff Herriott and S. Craig Zahler’s ‘Bone Tomahawk’ Score

In this edition of Throwback Thursday, we take a look back at Bone Tomahawk, score by Jeff Herriott and S. Craig Zahler, known for their scores to Brawl In Cell Block 99 and the upcoming highly-anticipated Dragged Across Concrete soundtrack! See the Dragged Across Concrete movie trailer below. As you may know, S. Craig Zahler is the writer and director of these three films.

“The song that plays over the end credits — a frontier-dirty parody by Mr. Zahler and Jeff Herriot — is worth staying seated for.” – New York Times

But for those with a head for loopily discursive humor (not to mention a stomach for some inspired grotesquerie), S. Craig Zahler’s debut feature will come as a most violent delight. – Variety

Bone Tomahawk movie is an award-winning cannibal western which earned an Indie Spirit Awards Nomination for Best Screenplay, the People’s Choice Award at Toronto International Film Festival, and won Best Director for at Sitges!

RLJE Films presents BONE TOMAHAWK, available now on Blu-ray/DVD (get it here) and on Digital (rent it on iTunes).
