“The song ‘Cutie Mark Crusaders’ had this energetic feel that instantly got our attention. It didn’t take long for remix ideas to start popping up and, soon enough, we began hammering it down in the studio,” Heavygrinder’s Bobbie Merveille said. “Our sound is by nature very powerful and energetic, so we tried to convey that on this remix as well…” That result turned in to a brand new take on “Cutie Mark Crusaders.” The chaotic, rushing and dramatic feel of the original “Cutie Mark Crusaders” song is retained in Heavygrinder’s remix. -Read the full story at Music Times
