Maya Forbes’ Infinitely Polar Bear is a film of great love and heart. Many movies released nowadays are well-made, yet lack heart, so to find one like Infinitely Polar Bear is a rarity. –RoboApocalypse
The heartwarming Infinitely Polar Bear is now playing in select theaters (check show times). Starring Mark Ruffalo (The Avengers, Zodiac) and Zoe Saldana (Guardians of the Galaxy, The Words), Imogene Wolodarsky and Ashley Aufderheide, Infinitely Polar Bear is scored by The Secret Life Of Walter Mitty composer Theodore Shapiro and features the song “The Northern Line” by China Forbes of Pink Martini. With music curated lovingly by Randall Poster, music supervisor on last year’s Academy Award®-winning films Boyhood and The Grand Budapest Hotel featuring music suitable for a 1970s-era family dramedy, the autobiographical story is based on director Maya Forbes and sister China Forbes’ childhood experience living with a manic-depressive father.
