Happy 4th Anniversary Stranger Things!

This week marks the 4th annivesary of the premiere of Stranger Things Season 1 on Netflix!  Since then, the wildly popular series has become a worldwide phenomenon, catapulting its castmembers into international standom!  Since then, fans have waited with bated breath for the return of Eleven, Mike, Will, Dustin, Lucas, Steve and the rest of the crew in Hawkins, Indiana,

And, the series wouldn’t be the same without the synth score by  Kyle Dixon and Michael SteinTheir series score is an integral part of the show, which takes place in the early 1980s.  Kye and Michael earned double GRAMMY nominations for their compositions, placing them in history as the first tv show to earn a GRAMMY nom in 26 years, not since Angelo Badalamenti’s “Twin Peaks” score in 1991!  Lakeshore Records has the distinction of releasing the score albums since the beginning, starting with  Stranger Things, Vol. 1 soundtrack on August 12, 2016, which was followed one week later by Stranger Things, Vol. 2 on August 19, 2016!
