Says Room8: “Both our recent album Transduction, and the score for Cuck, were composed and produced using all old hardware analog and digital synthesizers, much of the mixing was also done with hardware to maintain as much character, weight, pleasing artifacts, and to get the most organic sound out of the electronics as possible. Raising the emotional stakes and helping to deepen psychological insight into all the main characters were our main focus when we composed the score.”
