Gotham Awards: Lakeshore Congratulates ‘Marriage Story’, ‘American Factory’ & ‘When They See Us’ on Big Wins!

Noah Baumbach’s Marriage Story film took home top prizes at this year’s Gotham Awards! The drama starring Adam Driver and Scarlett Johansson garnered four wins including Best Feature. Other Lakeshore Records soundtrack partners also won big: American Factory took home Best Documentary and the limited series, When They See Us took home Breakthrough Series – Long Format, bringing the combined wins to six! In addition, critically-acclaimed Lakeshore soundtrack partners who received nominations are Booksmart (Audience Award), Undone (Breakthrough Series – Short Format) and The Last Black Man in San Francisco, who received three nominations (The Audience Award, Best Screenplay, and Best Supporting Actor for Jonathan Majors).
Gotham Award nominees are selected by committees of film critics, journalists, festival programmers, and film curators. Separate juries of writers, directors, actors, producers, editors and others directly involved in making films determine the final award recipients.
