This week, we welcome these new soundtrack releases from the realm of folk, synthwave, singer/songwriter and orchestral scores: American Folk (Ben Lovett), Videoman (Waveshaper & Robert Parker + Various Artists), Blind (Various Artists), and the forthcoming soundtrack, The Ritual (Ben Lovett)!  Also out on vinyl are the sought-after albums, The Mountain Between Us (Ramin Djawadi) and The Lobster (Nick Cave feat. Many followers of Film Music Daily know Ben Lovett from his stand-out score to Synchronicity, so we’re pleased to hear more of him: his diverse talents are put into use in this new indie film, American Folk.
