It would be insane to not include the Bates Motel series soundtrack in our haunted house week dedication! While the infamous lodgings are not technically haunted, we would definitely rank Norman and Norma Bates’ hotel as one of the all-time scariest places one could ever dare to visit.

Ava DuVernay’s When They See Us four-episode mini-series on Netflix scored 16 EMMY® nominations, including Outstanding Limited Series and Outstanding Music Composition For A Limited Series (Original Dramatic Score) for composer Kris Bowers, the most nominations received for the streaming platform this year! Over the past four seasons, “Bates Motel,” a contemporary prequel to the genre-defining film Psycho has provided fans with an intimate look into the unraveling of Norman Bates’ psyche throughout his teenage years and the dramatic effect it has had on his family. Fans watched as Norman’s dangerous transformation came full circle with the untimely death of his mother, Norma Bates, in the final gut-wrenching episodes of season four. A&E Network announced that the fifth and final season of the critically acclaimed series will air in 2017.
