Lakeshore Records has released Dr. Death Season 2: Music from the Peacock Original Series, available now digitally on all major music services worldwide.  The album features original music by Leopold Ross (“Monarch: Legacy of Monsters”), and Nick Chuba (Appendage). Allyson Newman Releases ‘Commitment To Life’ Soundtrack, Stream The Documentary on Peacock

In the city of Los Angeles, love was greater than AIDS.  Emmy-nominated composer Allyson Newman (“The L Word: Generation Q”) has released Commitment To Life (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack), available now digitally.   Listen to the 21-track score album on all major digital music services such as Spotify, Apple Music and Amazon Music!

Commitment To Life premiered at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival earlier this year, earning director Jeffrey Schwarz a Best Documentary award nomination.

EXCLUSIVE! Sherri Chung Debuts Masterful ‘Based On A True Story’ Peacock Original Series Score!

Lakeshore Records is set to release Based On A True Story—Original Series Soundtrack on July 14, with music composed by Sherri Chung (Riverdale). Chung masterfully weaves a vivid backdrop with strings and percussion to the dark comedy that accents the comedy and horror.   We’re pleased to premiere the debut track, “The Credits” below.  Says Chung: “Writing the score for ‘Based On A True Story’ was as thrilling a ride as the show itself.   The score, like the story, is a cross between hilarious and horrifying–striking that tonal balance musically was an awesome challenge.”

A prolific composer, Chung made history in 2022 when she was elected as the first female governor of the Television Academy’s music branch.

The Peacock original series stars Kaley Cuoco and Chris Messina and is streaming now.

Lakeshore Records has released The Resort—Original Series Soundtrack digitally March 24 with music composed by Andrew Carroll (Lodge 49, Shape Island). Carroll masterfully creates a gorgeous, multi-faceted soundscape from strings, brass and emotive electronics providing a modern backdrop with vintage overtones to the comedic thriller series.

The Peacock original series was written and executive produced by Andy Siara and stars William Jackson Harper, Cristin Millioti, Nick Offerman, Skyler Gisondo and Luis Geraro Méndez.
