Poser: Adam Robl and Shawn Sutta Release Their Score To The New York Times Critic’s Pick Film!

“At once polished and punky, “Poser” is about the maturing of a vampiric personality. Like its music, the movie feels exploratory and raw-edged, yet with a persistent pathos that clings to Lennon and isolates her.”  – New York Times

“The expertly-crafted score blends classical influences with modern elements, resulting in a finished product both Baroque and progressive. Gabriela Ferrer’s layered vocals add an eerie, yet human touch that perfectly reflects the journey of Poser’s protagonist.” – Screen Rant

Lakeshore Records has released PoserOriginal Motion Picture Score with music by Adam Robl and Shawn Sutta.  The 18-track album is comprised of elegant baroque-style music with a modern twist, offering a different perspective from Columbus, Ohio’s underground music scene, in which the film is set.  See the album tracklist, purchase, and streaming links below.

If Robl and Sutta’s names look familiar, the duo previously released their Uncle John score with Lakeshore.

Directed by Noah Dixon and Ori Segev, the film premiered at Tribeca Film Festival in 2021 and was theatrically released by Oscilloscope Laboratories in June 2022, Poser film is available now on VOD.  The movie has since garnered Certified Fresh status on Rotten Tomatoes as well as being named a New York Times Critic’s Pick.
