Gustavo Santaolalla, two-time Oscar-winning and multi-GRAMMY-winning composer, producer, and recording artist, takes us down memory lane from his long-haired youth to his career as a composer of some of the most iconic films of the last 20 years. Here’s a refresher on the rich history of this Finch composer.
For Earth Day 2022, we take our cue from this year’s theme, “Invest In Our Planet.” We shine the spotlight on five films which touch on different aspects of this theme to help us understand the world we live in with fresh eyes. Are we taking our planet for granted? Do we have time to fix our climate crisis? These are just some questions the films explore.

Lakeshore Records has released Finch—Soundtrack to the Apple Original Film — available now digitally on Apple Music and all major music services worldwide. The original music is by Oscar, Grammy, Golden Globe and BAFTA winner Gustavo Santaolalla (Brokeback Mountain, The Motorcycle Diaries).
