Syfy’s Nightflyers series is based on George R. R. Martin’s Locus Award-winning novella published in 1980. Starring Eoin Macken, David Ajala, Jodie Turner-Smith and Gretchen Mol, the series is developed for television by Jeff Buhler and features score by Series Composer Will Bates, known for his work “The Looming Tower” (Hulu), “The Magicians” (Netflix) and “The Path” (Hulu). A mixture of organic strings with synthetic beats, the piece is both melancholically beautiful and strangely sinister. It’s a wonderful piece that we highly recommend listening to above. – Jonathan Barkan, Dread Central
