Family, friends and psychological drama: sounds like a recipe for a perfect gathering!  Karyn Kusama’s The Invitation film features score by Theodore Shapiro – the perfect Throwback Thursday listening ahead of his new Destroyer movie soundtrack release on Friday!  The album also features the single, “Baby You’re Gone” by Craig Wedren (Dog Days Soundtrack) and Benjamin Newgard, and you can preview the album below.

The Invitation features a festive dinner with friends and loved ones, before the party takes a dark turn.  The film received the Best Screen Play nomination at Fangoria Chainsaw Awards and Fright Meter Awards, and won Best Motion Picture at Sitges and the International Critics Award at Neuchatel International Fantastic Film Festival!  Cue up this movie for your own holiday home movie festival.
