Bushwick: Burnt – Directors Cary Murnion and Jonathan Milott Premiere The New Black & White Print

Co-directors Cary Murnion and Jonathan Milott (Becky, Cooties) have released Bushwick: Burnt, the new black and white print of their 2017 film, Bushwick, starring Dave Bautista and Brittany Snow!  This new black and white version arrives in time for the July 4th weekend and is available in the iTunes Extras section of Apple TV, including other bonus material such as a “making of” video, photo galleries and more.

In celebration of this release, the directors have graciously curated a special Bushwick: Burnt Spotify Playlist on behalf of Lakeshore Records, featuring music by Aesop Rock (from the soundtrack), Ghostface Killah, Ben Frost, Cannibal Ox and many others who inspired them during the filming.  Listen below the jump.

Compiled by BUSHWICK Directors Cary Murnion and Jonathan Milott to celebrate the release of BUSHWICK: BURNT, the new black and white print of this timely action/war movie. This was the music that was inspirational to them as they made this movie, set in the neighborhood of Bushwick in Brooklyn, NY. Listening to Aesop Rock’s catalog of music was particularly influential in the development of the movie, and they were lucky enough to get Aesop to compose the soundtrack.
