Jennifer Garner is back in action for Peppermint, the new film directed by Pierre Morel (Taken). The film also features score by Simon Franglen and original songs by Geno Lenardo (formerly of Filter). Golden Globe® and GRAMMY®-nominated composer Simon Franglen is known for his songwriting contributions to Titanic and Avatar. Lakeshore previously released soundtracks featuring songs by Geno Lenardo in The Rise of the Synths, Sharknado and I, Frankenstein.

Get it while it’s hot! Directed by Austin Vesely, Slice, starring Chance The Rapper features score by Ludwig Goransson (Central Intelligence) and Nathan Matthew David (The Last Word). The film makes its world premiere screening and live Q&A in Chicago, with a simulcast of the Q&A after the show in other cities. Netflix has dropped a slew of new films in September, including the family-friendly NextGen animated film, featuring the voices of Charlyne Yi, John Krasinski, Michael Peña, Constance Wu, Jason Sudeikis and David Cross! Named on IMDb Picks’ Best Movies and TV Shows Coming To Netflix in September, the film features score by Alexis Marsh and Samuel Jones (Intersection).
