Academy Award® Winner Leonardo DiCaprio’s Before The Flood film, directed by Academy Award® Winner Fisher Stevens, broke records last year when it surpassed 60 million views worldwide when it streamed to a worldwide audience. DiCaprio meets with scientists, activists and world leaders to discuss the dangers of climate change and possible solutions.

Handsomely shot and entertainingly paced, “Before the Flood” may not tackle too much new ground, but given the sincerity of its message, its ability to assemble such a watchable and comprehensive account gives it an undeniable urgency.   – Andrew Barker, Variety

Score by Academy Award® Winners Trent Reznor & Atticus Ross, Gustavo Santaolalla and Mogwai.

Sherpa – Movie: [Download][Stream] | Soundtrack: [Download][CD][Stream]

BAFTA-nominated Sherpa film, directed by Jennifer Peedom, takes viewers to Mount Everest, following a Sherpa named Phurba Tashi, who has completed 21 ascents.  Peedom intended to make a film about the 2014 Everest climbing season told from the Sherpas’ point of view. The filmmakers were on location when an ice avalanche occurred on Everest’s Khumbu Icefall, killing 16 Sherpas.  This sparked a confrontation between the Sherpas, foreign expedition leaders and the Nepalese government regarding wages and conditions and resulted in a significant increase in compensation paid to victims’ families.

Score by Antony Partos (The Rover, Animal Kingdom), one of Australia’s most celebrated composers.

Wildlike – Movie: [Download][Stream] | Soundtrack: [iTunes][Stream]

Although not a film you would think of immediately for Earth Day, Wildlike was filmed filmed on location in Denali National Park, Juneau, Anchorage, Palmer, Whittier, Matanuska Glacier and on the state ferry boat Kennicott run by the Alaska Marine Highway System.  The breathtaking landscape served as the backdrop for this coming of age tale.  Films like this bring about a greater appreciation of nature’s bounty for many of us who live in metropolitan cities.  Directed by Frank Hall Green, Wildlike the movie has screened at over 175 film festivals and received over 55 Best Film and Audience Awards!

The album features score by Danny Bensi & Saunder Jurriaans (The One I LoveLast Days In The Desert).
