The 11th Hour’s Leonardo DiCaprio Addresses The United Nations On Climate Change

DiCaprio, one of the most outspoken celebrities on the issue of climate change, framed the topic in unsparing terms. “To be clear, this is not about just telling people to change their light bulbs or to buy a hybrid car; this disaster has grown beyond the choices that individuals make. Actor, documentarian and newly-minted UN Messenger Of Peace, Leonardo DiCaprio is well known for his efforts in tackling the issue of climate change.  The 11th Hour is a film produced and narrated by Leonardo Dicaprio.  DiCaprio made sure the music featured was equally representative of the intent and theme of the pro-environment documentary.

Released by Lakeshore Records, the soundtrack features contributions from Sigur Ros, Cocteau Twins, Mogwai, Lamb, Arve Henriksen, Ulf Lohmann and Lukas Haas.
